The location was really central to everything, i found it quite easy to walk to most places. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. i left my luggage before check-in. It was handled securely.

My stay wasn't perfect. The room had poor soundproofing. I could hear everything happening around me (I am not exaggerating!). The bathroom situation was also weird, with the sink located inside the room instead of in the actual bathroom. The sink was tiny as well.

I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very friendly and always available for any help I needed. I especially appreciated the complimentary sweets, juice, and coffee offered each morning. It was a nice treat. Also the option to store luggage before check-in was useful.

The sound isolation from the adjacent rooms could be improved.

The location allowed easy access to many major sites, restaurants, and public transportation. Many key areas are within reasonable walking distance and make sightseeing convenient. I felt very secure in the area around the hotel.

The reception staff offered excellent service and were very helpful from my arrival. They were very cute and always willing to assist with requests. The staff quickly addressed any needs that arose.

The room was clean and tidy with very nice interior décor. The air conditioning had many different functions that I could adjust. I found the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities satisfactory.

the room was quite small. the door nearly touched the bed when opening. the glass door to the toilet and shower made things difficult and somewhat uncomfortable.
